Your own online gift portal

You have blank cards in the cupboard. Go to Activate, enter the card number, choose the amount and pay. Topping up a gift card takes about a minute, and once paid the value is loaded and you can give it away the same day.

The amount you can choose differs per card type. You only pay for what you load onto it.

Blank gift cards are ordered free of charge. Choose which cards you want to have on hand and how many, and we'll send them over. Restock the packaging at the same time, so envelope and card sit together in the cupboard.

A stock you top up once a quarter is enough for most teams.

For bigger campaigns, a single order is easier than loading cards one by one. Think of the holidays, a team activity or a campaign. We load all the cards at once with the value you choose, even for bulk orders. Pay by iDEAL or credit card, and for regular customers invoicing is negotiable.

You can add a themed package, a personal message or a gift package to each order. Delivery goes to the office or straight to recipients.

Nine gift cards can be personalised with your logo and house style. You start the request in the portal under Personalisation and supply your logo. Our design team creates the design and submits it for approval.

The envelope, greeting card, flyer and redemption shop can also be styled to match.

Besides gift cards there's a catalogue of gift packages, cake and flowers. You don't assemble your own package — you pick one and decide the quantity and the value of the card inside it.

The square 200 × 200 × 20 mm gift package fits through a letterbox, which saves missed deliveries for colleagues working from home.

Keeping track of birthdays is work that always lands on the same person. Use the form in the portal to tell us how many people it involves and what you have in mind. One of our staff will get in touch within two working days to set it up.

After that you won't hear another thing about it. We keep track of the birthdays and make sure the gift arrives on time.
